Contact Point's Aero Dynamics
"Aero"
owner: Whitney Lightner

Aero ("Red" Boy) was the first puppy to be picked up by his new owner, Whitney Lightner from Arizona.

Driving home from California to Arizona Whitney was thinking about the best name for the puppy and finally decided on Contact Point's Aero Dynamics, with the call name Aero, as a good reference to speed and efficiency.

Whitney is planning to train Aero in Agility.
As you can tell, Aero is very confident and comfortable in Whitney's arms.

Whitney wrote us a brief update on Aero's progress:

"The little guy came home just great. He has a great disposition and handled the ride really well. That was a long trip for a young pup to sit for...
He is already learning his name and has mastered the "in" part of the dog door. The out part is still a challenge and does not happen quite in time, but he will get it in a couple of days. He has got the potty on command thing down, I was kinda surprised how fast he learned that."

Contact Point's Storm
"Storm"
owner: Jaeleen Statner

Storm ("Green-Pink" Girl) now lives in California with her new mom, Jaeleen Statner.

Jaeleen is planning to train Storm for Frisbee Competition.

Says Jaeleen:

"Storm is an absolute delight and she is drop-dead beautiful. She could have been called Sybil for her multiple personalities. Completely loving and calm, and then very serious and fast at chasing things... and then a running maniac.
Storm does not appreciate it when I tried to read the paper... she wanted attention so she stole the paper from me and ripped it to shreads!!!!

She is absolutely adorable carrying around the standard size frisbees! She loves them! She tracks them very well and very quickly! She can't figure out why sometimes she can't pick them up...(She is standing on them!!!!)

Storm loves the hose... another water lover! She chases the water all over the yard, barking at the hose when I turn it off."

Contact Point's Whimsy
"Whim"
owner: Sharon Freilich

Whim ("Yellow" Girl) went to live in Northern California with Sharon Freilich.

Sharon says Whim is doing great.

The first night Sharon put the crate on the bed and stuck her fingers through the door and Whim settled in.

Sharon is a renowned Agility competitor and instructor. Naturally, Whim is going to compete in Agility alongside with Sharon's BC's Rip & Jigs and Border Terrier Shooter.
Says Sharon:

"Whim is happy, well socialized, makes eye contact all the times, has not pottied in the house, will play tug while the other dogs are running agility and is food motivated.

Did I leave anything out?, oh yea, I love her! She runs up and greets everyone...she's perfect.

She is doing well in the crate. Right now she is sleeping through to 6AM and goes right out to take care of business. Whim fits in perfectly."

Contact Point's Torque
"Torque"
owner: Robert Newman

Torque ("White" Boy) now lives in Orange County, CA with Robert Newman and his two Chihuahuas, Ruben and Bosley.

Torque is doing great in his new home and have not had a single accident in the house.

Says Robert:

"Torque started his first puppy class two weeks ago and can "sit" and "down" on both verbal and hand signal.
Bosley, the smallest of the two other (Chihuahua) boys has decided that he will be Torque's boss and the two of them wrestle and run and play all the time.

Every night before Torque goes to bed he gets an hour of time with just him and I with the other boys kept away. Then Torque and Bosley get into their kennels and Ruben goes to the foot of the bed. The funniest sight is Bosley's tiny kennel next to Torque's HUGE kennel with the both going to sleep for the night.

Torque
now sleeps through the night and goes out to the bathroom forst thing right away. He is adorable!!!! He will do agility, like his big brother Ruben."

Contact Point's Perrier J
"Perri"
owner: Deborah Morse

Perri ("Maroon" Girl) traveled to Albuquerque, New Mexico with her mom, Deborah Morse.

Deborah reports that Perri was a perfect pup during her twelve hour drive.

Says Deborah:

"Perri slept for the first 3 hours. We had to wake he up to go potty and she walked on her leash and pottied like a pro. She really was an angel.
We got to bed about midnight and she slept until 5:30. I pet her a little and told her to go back to sleep and we all slept until 6:30. That's when my guys get up any way.

There have been no problems, yet, with the other dogs and she has not pottied in the house or chewed on anything. She is great. Today she is getting a little more bold, but still sticking close to me.

We love our little angel, Perri; although by this time next week she may be called Devil Dog!"

Deborah is going to train Perri in Agility and Flyball.

Contact Point's Ojos Azules
"Ojos"
owner: Charles Huber

Ojos ("Blue Dot" Girl) went to live in New Mexico with her dad, Charles Huber.

Ojos traveled home by plane. Not a big deal for a brave girl like our Ojos!

Charles wrote:

"After I checked us in at the airport, I took her to the "outside smoking area" and played "catch the human," let her wander, and have access to her water bowl for the 1/2 hour prior to boarding.
She wimpered a bit when I put her in the Sherpa bag and then went to sleep. The change of planes in Phoenix was only a brief time and she just looked around from inside the Sherpa as I walked between gates (only a couple of wimpers to get out). Ojos went right back to sleep when we got on the plane and was fine the entire flight.

She ate well last night and had a great time with all of us humans and dogs. My wife and daughter absolutely love her, commenting particularly that she's the most social pup either had ever interacted with. She is really super."

Charles is going to train Ojos in Agility.

Contact Point's Bonsoir
"Bounce"
owner: Elaine Coupe

Bounce ("Blue" Boy) now lives in TN with his new mom, Elaine Coupe.

Elaine is going to train Bounce in Agility.

Elaine sent us an update on Bounce:

Bounce's official name is Contact Point's Bonsoir. Bonsoir is French for good evening, and it was certainly a good evening for me when he was born!
Bounce is targeting, we have to watch him like a hawk at the agility field, as he will go up, over or through ANY piece of equipment that looks interesting to him.

He LOVES to swim - and he's absolutely adorable and loving.

Bounce is certainly a hit in classes. Everyone is so impressed when I get him out of the crate and he sits there with the door open until I say "okay". At which point, of course, he jumps in my lap and gives me many puppy kisses.

Contact Point's Femme Fatal
"Flirt"
owner: Marge Henderson

Flirt ("Turquoise" Girl) lives in Woodland Hills, CA with Marge Henderson.

Marge owns her sire, Woodland's Spin. Marge also owned Flirt's Grandma, her late beloved Meggan.

Here is an update from Marge:

"Flirt is a dream puppy. She slept all night in her crate by my bed from the very first night. Not a sound out of her till I got up in the morning.

House breaking is coming along. She goes out to the back yard by herself and does what she needs to do and comes back in.

Flirt is a true water baby and would play in a thimble of water if she could.

She gets along with the other 3 dogs, the 2 small ones play with her. She is a wild woman when playing. I have to stop her when she gets too wound up."

Marge is planning to train Flirt in Flyball.
